School Residencies
A “hands-in” learning experience!
Peregrine Puppets can tailor a residency lasting from one to five days for your school. Workshops emphasize direct participation by students and can be adapted for students in Kindergarten through grade eight. The Peregrine Puppets have been selected for the Maine Arts Commission Directory of Artist Educators.

We help teachers learn new ways to use puppetry in their classrooms, and we provide information about additional puppetry resources.
School residencies include a school-wide performance by the Peregrine Puppets.
The curriculum for the workshops helps students meet the Maine Learning Results for the visual and performing arts.
Community workshops are also available for all ages, including adults. Workshops in puppet construction are available for teen and adult participants.
